College Credit Plus Information

This document provides an overview of different CCP options, things to consider when making the decision to participate, admissions requirements, scheduling steps, and important contact information.

College Credit Plus Intent to Participate Form

The College Credit Plus Intent to Participate form will be given to all students at the beginning of March each year. This is due, signed by both the student and the parent/guardian no later than April 1 each year. 

CCP Orientation

If you are interested in participating in the CCP program you must attend an orientation meeting. CHSwill hold their mandatory meeting on February 16, 2017, at 7pm. If you missed this meeting you may attend a meeting at TriC or LCCC. Click on the links to see the dates, locations and times. Please pick up  a confirmation sheet from these meetings and return it to the guidance office. 

CCP Lorain County Community College Application Form

A complete CCP application form for LCCC must be filled out in its entirety and returned to the guidance office prior to enrollment in LCCC college courses. Students must also take the COMPASS assessment or submit ACT or SAT scores and complete an orientation as well as meet with an LCCC advisory prior to scheduling classes.

CCP Helful Websites for Transfer Information

This website provides information about OTM and TAG courses as well as AP information.
Ohio Transfer Module (OTM): Any OTM course taken at one of Ohio's 36 public institutions is guaranteed to fulfill the same general education requirements at any other Ohio public institution. 
Ohio Transfer Assurance Guides (TAG):  TAGS are advising tools that map pathways for pursuing a major. TAGs outline the foundation and beginning major courses that will transfer and apply toward a degree.
 This online tool serves as a gateway to participating institutions' automated degree audit and transfer articulation systems. All State of Ohio University System institutions are available  as well as several private schools.
